• Bespoke and targeted mentoring and personalised development programmes for our T Level learners specifically studying at East Norfolk Sixth Form College already and who are looking to progress into the health sector
• Excellent local employer networks, connecting our learners with the sector they want to enter
• Regular events to introduce learners to specific health and social care careers with employer involvement and hands on activities
