Course: Jessica’s Story

Before joining the project, Jessica was in her third year of studying and unsure of what career path to take within Health and Social Care. She was starting to feel the pressure about coming to a decision about her future and at the time, didn’t know very much about the different roles available within the sector.

She was referred to the Apollo project by the team at East Norfolk Sixth Form College and learned about the opportunities which would be available to her from her mentor.

Jessica has learned a lot of skills whilst being part of the project, specifically around communication. She felt the project gave her the confidence to communicate about her future and aspirations.
